In the event that your ESTA online application is not successful, you are required by the US Department of Homeland Security to apply for a US visitor’s visa at the embassy or consulate. You do not need to apply for ESTA travel authorization if you already have a valid visitor’s visa. If you have been previously denied a visa, you will not be eligible to apply for ESTA travel authorization.
If however, you were denied a travel authorization before, you can still reapply, but you should wait for at least 10days. It is important to note that supplying incorrect or false information can result in you being barred from ever visiting United States of America.
Your US travel authorization application form or document must contain only true information in order to avoid disappointment and frustration.
